Constructed from high-density nylon fiber polymer across the upper receiver, lower receiver, and handguard, the M4SD is engineered to be exceptionally lightweight yet remarkably durable. This deliberate weight reduction minimizes player fatigue during long game days, allowing for fast transitions and dynamic, high-mobility playstyles.

Reliable Internals & Out-of-the-Box Precision

Beneath the polymer exterior is a reinforced Gen2 Version 2 full-metal gearbox. Equipped with 18:1 steel gears, 8mm ball bearings, and a 21,000 RPM high-torque motor, the M4SD cycles smoothly and handles sustained gameplay with ease.

For accuracy, the rifle features a modern rotary hop-up unit paired with a 50° hop rubber and a 6.03 mm precision tightbore inner barrel. This setup ensures excellent air seal and highly consistent BB flight groupings. To make site compliance effortless, the M90 quick-change spring system allows you to adapt your FPS to local site regulations quickly without needing a full gearbox teardown. The rifle also comes pre-wired to Deans (T-Connector) for enhanced electrical efficiency and snappier trigger response.
