Do I have to have UKARA?
Not necessarily, but you do need a valid form of defence. For more infromation, check here.

How long will it take to deliver my order?
 
Our stock is updated in realtime on the website. If you ordered something that was showing in stock before 3pm, then the delivery timeis solely down to the delivery method you chose. When we process your order you will be sent tracking details, so you can keep an eye on the delivery status yourself. If you haven’t received your order within reasonable time, please do not hesitate to contact us on 01642 605000. If you need your order within a specific time, please choose the appropriate delivery method.

 

How long will it take if what I want isn’t in stock? 
We will inform you immediately if your order is not in stock and let you know an estimated delivery time. The number of days given in the product information when you order is an estimate only, and depends on whether our supplier A) has the item in stock and B) how long it takes for them to send it to us. If only part of your order is in stock we will contact you to see if you want it shipped in part or if you want to wait until it can be shipped in full.

Do you deliver Internationally? 
Yes, please choose the appropriate shipping method.

Can I have my order delivered to an alternate address ? 
No, to protect you and us against fraud, we can only ship to the registered cardholders address.

How do I pay if I don’t have a credit card or a Paypal account? 
You could also pay by Bank Transfer, please call us on 01624 605000 to arrange this.

Do you offer trade discounts?

If I order a HPA Bottle, will it come filled?
No! Couriers have a very strict policy on transporting pressurised containers.
