Last Order Dates for Delivery before Christmas

These dates are meant as guidelines and are not guaranteed unless stated. Please be aware that external factors beyond our control (such as strikes, adverse weather conditions affecting parts of our fulfilment network) may delay your orders. Please note that our last order dates are based on normal conditions so in exceptional conditions it might happen that your order arrives after Christmas despite you ordering before the date provided. If in doubt, please email or call us to confirm any dates.

Two Toned Products
The last date for ordering a two toned product to get delivery before Christmas is Monday 11th December

Christmas Closures

We will be closed on the following dates:

Monday 25th December - Tuesday 26th December
Monday 1st January 2024
We reopen and business resumes as normal on Tuesday January 2nd 2024.

Orders placed over festive period

We will be dispatching orders on December 27th, 28th and 29th, orders placed after this date will be shipped when we reopen on the 2nd of January 2024

Extended Christmas Returns

We understand people can be difficult to buy for, so any orders placed between 1st Nov and 24th Dec qualify for extended returns. They can be returned up to 31st Jan 2024 for an exchange or refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.
