These dates are meant as guidelines and are not guaranteed unless stated. Please be aware that external factors beyond our control (such as strikes, adverse weather conditions affecting parts of our fulfilment network) may delay your orders. Please note that our last order dates are based on normal conditions so in exceptional conditions it might happen that your order arrives after Christmas despite you ordering before the date provided. Two Toned Products
The last date for ordering a two toned product to get delivery before Christmas is Monday 15th December
Christmas Closures
We will be closed on the following dates:
Wednesday 25th December - Thursday 26th December
Thursday 1st January 2026
We reopen and business resumes as normal on Friday January 2nd 2026
Orders placed over festive period
We will be dispatching orders on December 29th, 30th and 31st, orders placed after this date will be shipped when we reopen on the 2nd of January 2025
Extended Christmas Returns
We understand people can be difficult to buy for, so any orders placed between 1st Nov and 24th Dec qualify for extended returns. They can be returned up to 12th Jan 2026 for an exchange or refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.
