Because this rifle features a premium GATE ASTER optical trigger unit, it requires clean, consistent power to function optimally.

• Battery Selection: We highly recommend running a high-quality 11.1v LiPo battery configured with a Deans connector. This unlocks the true lightning-fast cycle potential of the 25k high-torque motor. Avoid weak NiMH batteries, as they don't have enough punch to cycle the optical sensors effectively under load.
• Unlocking Full Feature Control: Out of the box, you can program basic firing modes directly via your trigger. However, if you want to unlock advanced features like custom pre-cocking levels, hair-trigger adjustments, burst programming, and diagnostic error codes, grab a GATE Blu-Link or USB-Link (sold separately). This connects your rifle directly to the GATE GCS app on your smartphone or PC!
