CNC-machined from 6061 aluminium specifically for the Tokyo Marui Hi-Capa 5.1, this split-slide design keeps only part of the slide reciprocating with every shot. With only part of the slide reciprocating, this trims the reciprocating mass to deliver faster cycling, better gas efficiency, and crisper recoil. • Tight Tolerance Frame Fitting: Due to the added layer thickness of the electroplating process, the initial press-fit between the outer barrel block and your Tokyo Marui frame can be very snug. Apply a tiny dab of high-grade gun grease to the outer barrel contact block, and use a rubber mallet against a padded surface to press it home gently.
• Short Stroke & Nozzle Spring Setup: Always install the included CNC short stroke buffers and enhanced nozzle return spring. Because the SUPERLINE split side cycles at such a high speed, the stiffer return spring guarantees your loading nozzle resets quickly enough to feed every BB from your airsoft magazine during fast trigger finger strings.
• Zero Movement Optic Target Tracking: Mounting your reflex optic directly to the fixed outer barrel means your red dot never shakes, jumps, or vibrates during firing. This gives you an uninterrupted sight picture for instant double-taps and target transitions.
