What is the difference between Blue, Green & Red Gas?
Choosing the correct Airsoft Gas is crucial, here is a breakdown of the different types:
Blue:
- Ideal Platform: ABS/Plastic-Slide Pistols
- Characteristics: Gentle on polymer slides, prevents slide cracking and highly efficient.
- Power: 100-115 PSI
Green:
- Ideal Platform: Metal-Slide Pistols, SMG's & Lightweight GBB Rifles.
- Characteristics: The ultimate all-rounder. Balanced power, smooth cycling, silicone-infused options available.
- Power: 130-145 PSI
Red:
- Ideal Platform: Heavy Metal-Slide Pistols & GBBR's.
- Characteristics: Fights cold-weather cooldown. Higher pressure maintains full-auto cycling in low temperatures.
- Power: 150-175 PSI
